ORDERS

The River Murray Shop welcomes orders from anywhere in the world.
All prices listed on this site are in Australian dollars.

We have tried to keep the postage charges as simple as possible and offer a blanket postage charge for Australian orders of $6.50. If however the delivery is considerably lighter than the $6.50 value we will amend the final invoice accordingly. We will only amend our postage charges for Australian orders if it is to our customers benefit. The postage charge of $6.50 will be deducted if the Australian order is over $100.

Overseas orders may incur an extra postage charge and will be advised before the order is sent otherwise the $6.50 charge stands.

There are three ways of ordering with us.

1. Secure on-line purchasing. Bankcard, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Cheques will be accepted but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been received and cleared.

2. Faxing Orders. Print out the appropriate order form and fax it through to us on (08) 8595 8179.

3. Telephone Orders. Our phone number for orders or enquiries is
1300 79 11 42.

If you supply an email address with your online order you will receive an acknowledgement of your order via email. Orders will generally be attended to within a couple of days.

SECURITY

We know the importance of being able to shop online securely, so we have taken steps to make sure that our customers information is transmitted safely.

The shopping cart pages that give personal details are all stored on a secure server. The secure server encrypts all payment information you send to us. The encryption process takes all the information and converts it to unreadable codes that are securely transmitted over the internet. We then decode it when the order is received.

You can be assured that the River Murray Shop will not sell or distribute your information in any way. If you sign up for our newsletter your email address will be used soley for the purpose of advising you of the River Murray Shop updates.
